General Ordering and Delivery Terms
We accept card payments (excluding Amex). If you do not wish to pay online, you may give us your card information via phone. Please note if you are shopping outside of the UK transactions are not possible.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will correct the mistake. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at current rate.
Shipping and Handling
All parcels are sent Next Day delivery via Royal Mail or UPS end of day. If you are not in to sign for the parcel(s) they will leave a calling card. Orders Received by 11 am are normally processed and dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You must inform us within three working days of scheduled delivery of the goods if they are lost or damaged in transit so that we can correct any issues.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days of receipt of the order for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault for example, if goods are faulty or not as described.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
